Albacora and Albacora Leste Fields

Petrobras recently released the process for the selling of 100% of its participating interests in the Albacora Field and 90% of its participating interest as operator in the Albacora Leste Field, both located in deep waters at Campos Basin, Brazil.

The current production of Albacora Field is of 43 Mboe/d, and its active infrastructure includes two producing and processing platforms, as well as the semi-submersible P-25 and the FPSO P-31.

The Albacora Leste current Production is of 34 Mboe/d, and its active infrastructure includes the FPSO P-50 with an oil processing capacity of 180,000 bbl/d and 6 MMm³/d of gas.

Both fields can be considered world-class assets, due to their well-understood subsurface with an extensive database, and significant feasible upside, including identified pre-salt accumulations.

Interested parties shall notify Scotiabank Brasil S.A., Petrobras’ financial advisor in connection to this deal, up to October 16, 2020, to express their interest in the opportunity and receive the documents required to apply for the offer, through emails moncef.attia@scotiabank.com and alonso.mago@scotiabank.com.
