The proposal to amend ANP Ordinance No. 251\/2000 was prepared based on the results of Public Consultation and Hearing No. 01\/2020, held in late 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The main changes include: (i) the extension of the owner&#8217;s right of preference to concessionaires of public ports; (ii) the prevalence of free negotiation, with intervention by the ANP in case of conflicts; (iii) the change of the routine regarding submission of information to the ANP, which would be made on a monthly basis monthly instead of daily; (iv) the payment of the operator in case of reservations for use that are made and unjustifiably not performed; and (v) priority for contracts involving long transportation pipelines (larger than 15 km).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Public Consultation will last for 45 days and, according to the ANP a decision on the draft is expected to be issued by the end of May 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Our team is available for further information on this matter.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":7205,"template":"","categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-12844","contents","type-contents","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-sem-categoria"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/cmalaw.com\/homolog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/contents\/12844","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/cmalaw.com\/homolog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/contents"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/cmalaw.com\/homolog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/contents"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/cmalaw.com\/homolog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/7205"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/cmalaw.com\/homolog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=12844"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/cmalaw.com\/homolog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=12844"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/cmalaw.com\/homolog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=12844"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
