Prezados Clientes,<\/p>\n

No dia 31 de mar\u00e7o de 2022, o Governo Federal editou o Decreto 11.021\/2022, tendo postergado a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de efeitos do Decreto 10.923\/2021 do dia 1\u00ba de abril de 2022 para o dia 1\u00ba de maio de 2022.<\/p>\n

Assim, a TIPI aprovada pelo Decreto 8.950\/2016 permanece vigente at\u00e9 o fim de abril, bem como a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 25% das al\u00edquotas institu\u00edda pelo Decreto 10.979\/2022.<\/p>\n

Para que a redu\u00e7\u00e3o seja mantida a partir do dia 1\u00ba de maio de 2022, o Governo Federal deve editar um novo ato, estendendo a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da al\u00edquota.<\/p>\n
