Gabriela Stengel is a junior associate at Campos Mello Advogados, based in São Paulo. Her practice focuses on Real Estate Law, advising developers and construction companies on purchase and sale transactions, leasing, real estate developments, and property regularization, as well as conducting large-scale real estate due diligences, including M&A operations.

With over four years of experience in the field, she drafts and reviews contracts, legal opinions, deeds, and audit reports, and conducts diligence at notary offices and public agencies. Her work is centered on risk analysis and the development of secure and strategic legal solutions, contributing to the structuring of complex real estate transactions.

Before joining Campos Mello Advogados, she worked at a boutique law firm specializing in real estate, civil, succession, and family law.
