Gustavo Turnowski is a junior associate at Campos Mello Advogados, based in Rio de Janeiro. His practice focuses on Corporate Law/M&A and Commercial Contracts with a particular emphasis on clients in the energy, hospitality, real estate and technology sectors.

He participates in corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, foreign and national investments and capital restructurings, with extensive experience in cross-border deals and alignment with ESG guidelines. He began his career in Intellectual Property and Data Protection practice. He later moved to Corporate Law/M&A. He has taken part in transactions involving stakeholders and legal teams in various countries across Europe, South America, and the United States.
