Mariana Rosa is a junior associate at Campos Mello Advogados, based in São Paulo. Her practice focuses on Compliance, Investigations, and White Collar Crime, with particular emphasis on clients in the energy, infrastructure, construction, and financial sectors. 

She advises on internal corporate investigations, the design and review of compliance programs, and the mapping and assessment of corporate integrity risks. Mariana also supports local and cross-border M&A transactions from a compliance perspective, with recurring experience in complex multijurisdictional investigations involving corporate fraud, harassment, corruption, and financial irregularities. 

She began her career as a criminal lawyer at a full-service firm in Belo Horizonte and later worked as a compliance specialist at a Belgian payment institution with operations in France and Luxembourg. She has led compliance projects in multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions and has been actively involved in high-profile investigations across several countries.
