Paula Vermelho Cordiolli is a junior associate at Campos Mello Advogados in the Rio de Janeiro office. Her practice covers commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters and regulatory issues, with a focus on clients in the energy, natural resources, infrastructure and technology sectors. 

Her experience includes assisting in corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and capital restructurings, as well as multijurisdictional work. She began her career in civil litigation and later worked with oil and gas, technology and corporate matters, advising on LGPD compliance, data protection regulatory issues, and supporting transactions involving legal teams in the United States, the United Kingdom and Spain.
