Flávio Barbosa Luduvice is Of Counsel in the São Paulo office Employment and Benefits practice. Flávio focuses his practice on employment litigation matters, social security law, and Union Negotiation matters. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in labor and welfare litigation proceedings before labor and federal courts, as well as arbitration panels. He also advises clients in procedural law and Brazilian employment law and regulation. 

Flávio has developed a solid practice representing and advising local and international clients on a wide range of complex employment and benefits matters. His practice includes conducting strategic litigation matters before employment courts and arbitration panels, representing clients in complex negotiations with Union of Employees all over Brazil, conducting due diligence proceedings relating to employment regulation and litigation, as well providing general advice relating the Brazilian employment law and regulation.
