Lina Santiago is Of Counsel at Campos Mello Advogados’ Employment & Benefits practice, based in São Paulo. 

Lina is specialized in Brazilian Labor and Social Security Law with focus on prevention of employment matters and HR advisory. She also has plenty of experience in due diligences, transfer of employees, employee benefits, stock option plans, variable compensation, employment agreements, employment terminations, executive compensation, collective labor matters and union relations, as well as occupational health and safety matters. 

Lina started her career as an associate at Tozzini, Freire, Teixeira e Silva Law Firm in Employment and Social Security practice. After that, she worked as a Legal Manager in a financial institution and a foreign telecommunications company. Before joining Campo Mello, she also worked as an HR manager for one of Brazil´s largest retail groups. 

All those years as an in-house lawyer and HR professional gave her a very business-oriented profile, always seeking practical solutions and simple and efficient communication with clients.
