André Ferraz is a Senior Associate at Campos Mello Advogados, based in São Paulo. His practice focuses on Compliance, Corporate Investigations and White Collar Crime, with significant experience advising clients in the energy, oil & gas and technology sectors.

He assists in the implementation and review of compliance programs and internal investigations, as well as in M&A due diligence processes with a compliance focus. His experience includes advising on integrity due diligences, donations to public entities and the drafting and review of anti-corruption clauses in agreements. He began his career at a boutique firm specialized in White Collar Crime and later worked as a compliance associate at a renowned full-service law firm. He has also been involved in multijurisdictional projects, particularly internal investigations dealing with fraud, corruption, harassment and workplace conduct.
