Isabella Dias is a junior associate at Campos Mello Advogados, based in São Paulo. Her practice focuses on Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Commercial Contracts, with particular emphasis on clients in the telecommunications, food and beverage, technology, and chemical sectors.

Advises publicly held and privately held companies on general corporate matters, with experience in corporate governance and in supporting boards of directors and management teams. Has broad experience with regulations issued by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), advising corporate secretaries and governance officers on regulatory and strategic matters.

Also advises on corporate transactions and reorganizations, including mergers and acquisitions, incorporations, and capital restructurings. Has experience assisting clients in the technology and telecommunications sectors with legal and regulatory matters in Brazil. Joined Campos Mello Advogados over eight years ago, where she began her career. Representative matters include advising a global technology company on the launch of a satellite constellation to provide high-speed internet services in Brazil, and providing regulatory support to a leading global agricultural machinery company in connection with the launch of IoT-enabled vehicles via satellite.

On a pro bono basis, advised The Nature Conservancy on the analysis of corporate structures for its operations in Brazil.
