Ana Luisa Bastos Ramos is a senior associate at Campos Mello Advogados, based in Rio de Janeiro. Her practice focuses on Intellectual Property, Data Protection and Cybersecurity, with significant experience advising clients in the media, entertainment and technology sectors.

 

She has handled complex Intellectual Property matters, including trademarks, copyright, media and entertainment, as well as software, advertising, commercial promotions, licensing, and technology transfer. Her work also covers compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), including drafting and reviewing policies and procedures and providing strategic consulting on data management and protection.

 

She began her career in the Intellectual Property practice of a large full-service law firm (Barbosa, Müssnich & Aragão) and has been involved in matters with stakeholders and legal teams in Brazil, the United States, and Europe.
