    Advised Statkraft on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Enerfín, a subsidiary of the Spanish Group Elecnor; on the acquisition of two operational wind farms from EDP Renováveis in Rio Grande do Norte; and assisted Eneva S.A. in acquiring the Porto de Sergipe Thermoelectric Power Plant, one of the largest in Latin America.
    Participated in the sale of hydropower plants in Espírito Santo for a global renewable energy company and in the development and construction of a 532 MW solar complex in Rio Grande do Norte.
    Also advised leading energy and natural resources companies on the acquisition of LNG transport assets and took part in international transactions involving Rosen Swiss Holding AG, BASF, and Lanxess, including global carve-outs and joint ventures.
