Claudio Moreira is a senior associate at Campos Mello Advogados, based in Rio de Janeiro. His practice focuses on Real Estate Law, advising developers, construction companies, real estate investment funds, and other sector players on complex property transactions.

He has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, developments, and corporate transactions with real estate implications, as well as in drafting and negotiating lease, leaseback, and built-to-suit agreements. Claudio also coordinates due diligence projects in M&A operations and provides counsel in real estate structuring and investment strategies.

He began his career in litigation and, after joining Campos Mello Advogados, transitioned to real estate law, participating in major national and international transactions involving global clients and multidisciplinary teams.
