Diego Paes de Barros is a junior associate at Campos Mello Advogados, based in São Paulo. His practice focuses on Banking and Finance, Sports, and Media & Entertainment, with a particular emphasis on the sports and fixed-odds betting sectors.

He takes part in complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions involving football corporations (SAFs) and financing structures for football clubs, as well as providing regulatory advice for clients in the betting industry.
