Gabriel Carvalho is a senior associate at Campos Mello Advogados, based in São Paulo. He has over 10 years of experience advising on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital reorganizations, private equity, venture capital, and cross-border investments.

 

His practice focuses on advising public and private companies, private equity funds, investment banks, and multinational corporations, with an emphasis on clients in the technology, financial services, capital markets, and infrastructure sectors. Gabriel has participated in multijurisdictional transactions involving legal teams and stakeholders across Latin America, Europe, and the United States.
