Isabella Dias is a junior associate at Campos Mello Advogados, based in Rio de Janeiro. Her practice focuses on Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Commercial Contracts, with particular emphasis on clients in the telecommunications, food and beverage, technology, and chemical sectors.

She advises on corporate transactions and business reorganizations, including mergers, acquisitions, incorporations, and capital restructurings, and provides support to the governance secretariat of both public and private companies. She has extensive experience in corporate governance and Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) regulations.

She began her career at Campos Mello Advogados, where she has worked for more than seven years. Her experience includes advising a global technology company on contractual and regulatory matters related to the launch of a satellite constellation to provide high-speed internet in Brazil and providing regulatory support to a leading global agricultural machinery supplier on the launch of IoT-connected agricultural vehicles via satellite. She also assisted with regulatory compliance in telecommunications for mining automation suppliers and coordinated multijurisdictional regulatory analyses in the telecommunications sector.

Additionally, she contributed to a study for The Nature Conservancy assessing corporate structures available to non-governmental organizations in Brazil.
