Nathalia Sisson is an associate in the Corporate Law practice at Campos Mello Advogados, based in the Rio de Janeiro office. Her experience is focused on mergers and acquisitions transactions, legal due diligence, commercial contracts, and day-to-day corporate matters across various industries.

Before joining Campos Mello Advogados, Nathalia worked at law firms in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, practicing in corporate law and strategic litigation. Since 2022, she has played a key role in several due diligence projects led by the firm’s Corporate team, including multijurisdictional transactions involving Chile, Peru, Mexico, Colombia, and Portugal.
