Rafael de Frias is a senior associate at Campos Mello Advogados, based in the Rio de Janeiro office. His practice focuses on high-volume and strategic civil litigation, with an emphasis on real estate, consumer, and banking disputes, as well as experience in judicial reorganizations and bankruptcies.

 

He has a strong track record advising clients in the real estate, financial services, consumer goods, and food and beverage sectors, having worked with companies such as Unilever, Cyrela, PepsiCo, and Sul América. He currently advises clients including Cogna, Stone, Great Wall Motors, BTG Pactual, and Enforce, among others.

 

Before joining Campos Mello Advogados, Rafael worked at renowned law firms in both Rio de Janeiro (such as Gouvêa Vieira Advogados) and São Paulo (such as Bicalho Navarro Advogados). He is involved in complex and strategic litigation, including disputes of high economic relevance and possessory actions, with experience in negotiations and solutions aimed at risk mitigation.
