Theo de Miranda is a junior associate at Campos Mello Advogados, based in the Rio de Janeiro office. His practice focuses on Natural Resources, Infrastructure, Contracts, and Maritime Law, with an emphasis on clients in the oil and gas sector.

He takes part in complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and has experience in cross-border deals involving assets located in Brazil. He began his career at one of the largest and most traditional law firms in the country, where he worked for almost six years before joining Campos Mello Advogados.

During this period, he completed a one-year legal secondment at MODEC and a six-month secondment at Norsk Hydro, experiences that broadened his industry perspective and provided valuable in-house exposure in the oil and gas, mining, and aluminum sectors.
