Ana Paula Ferreira Vizintini is a partner at Campos Mello Advogados, specializing in Labor Law.

With over 25 years of experience in labor law and compliance, she provides preventive and compliance advisory services to national and multinational companies across various industrial sectors. She works directly on matters related to individual and collective labor law, workplace diversity and inclusion, data protection, and other areas of labor compliance. Mrs. Vizintini has extensive experience in defining legal strategies for complex and high-stakes labor litigation, including public civil actions, writs of mandamus, and urgent measures.

She leads corporate restructuring projects focused on reducing labor liabilities and negotiating Conduct Adjustment Agreements (TACs) with agencies such as the Public Labor Ministry and the Ministry of Labor. Her practice also includes conducting collective bargaining negotiations with unions, federations, and confederations.

Vizintini has substantial experience managing high-impact corporate crises, overseeing restructurings, liability reduction, and administrative proceedings initiated by bodies such as the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Labor (MPT, in the Portuguese acronym), the Ministry of Labor, and professional councils (Engineering and Architecture, Chemistry, Business Administrators, including others), as well as supervising labor inspections. Her work covers large-scale collective bargaining, including collective agreements, strikes, and other union-related matters. She also advises companies on compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, in the Portuguese acronym), including drafting and reviewing corporate data protection policies, creating or revising contractual clauses, mapping internal and external data flows, and guiding impact assessments and crisis management in response to security incidents.

Vizintini is recognized in national and international legal publications and frequently speaks at events in Brazil, Latin America, and Europe on current labor market topics. She serves as a guest lecturer at institutions such as FGV/RJ, AMCHAM/SP, and ESA/OAB and actively participates in diversity and inclusion initiatives, including the OAB/RJ Sexual Diversity Commission and the NGO Mães da Resistência, which supports the LGBTQI+ community.
