Camila Caetano is a partner at Campos Mello Advogados in cooperation with DLA Piper of the Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets practices, based in Rio de Janeiro.

Camila has practice in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and associations in general and corporate governance. Her experience also encompasses assistance with foreign investments in Brazil and corporate reorganizations and restructurings.

She started her career working with corporate governance and compliance matters in the legal department of Vale S.A. one of the largest publicly traded companies in Brazil.

Before joining Campos Mello in 2013, she was an associate of two recognized brazilian law firms, acting in corporate law and M&A transactions.

In 2017/2018, Camila worked for six months in DLA Piper London, assisting clients in international deals involving M&A, private equity and reorganization procedures.
