Camila Caetano is a partner in Campos Mello Advogados of the Corporate and M&A practices.

Camila, who previously served as an associate in DLA Piper’s London office, is experienced in corporate and M&A work, with a focus on private equity and distressed assets, as well as corporate governance. She advises Brazilian and international clients on domestic and cross-border operations in various industries, including electric power, oil and gas, retail and education.

Prior to her role at CMA, she has served as an associate at two major Brazilian law firms and worked in the legal department of a Brazilian multinational corporation in the metals and mining industry.
