Camila Caetano is a partner in Campos Mello Advogados  of the Corporate and M&A practices. . She previously worked as an international associate at DLA Piper in London.

Camila has extensive experience in M&A transactions, with a particular focus on private equity and distressed assets. She has advised Brazilian and international clients on domestic and cross-border deals across a wide range of industries.

Before joining CMA in 2013, Camila worked as an associate at two major Brazilian law firms and served in the legal department of a Brazilian multinational in the metals and mining sector.
