Giovanni Biscardi is a corporate lawyer with more than two decades of experience in handling international and in-country projects, having served as a partner in prominent law firms in Brazil and the U.S.

His track record includes relevant M&A and Capital Markets deals. In addition to transactional work, Biscardi assists clients in dealing with their operational demands, especially with the drafting and negotiation of commercial and financial contracts. He has developed a particular ability as a partner of full-service law firms to coordinate legal work in all different areas of law in order to provide clients with a “one stop shop” experience when engaging legal services.

Throughout his career, many matters handled by Biscardi involved multiple jurisdictions. In his international professional journey, he has lead projects involving investments and assets in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, France, Italy, Ireland, Peru, Spain, the U.K and Uruguay. 

Biscardi assists foreign clients in structuring their investments in Brazil, as well as Brazilian clients implementing their projects around the globe. His long track record of handling complex cross-border transactions reflects vast experience dealing with Fortune 500 companies and private equity funds. 

He is licensed to practice law in Brazil and has been admitted to the New York Bar since 2001. He is also licensed as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Brazilian Law in the State of Florida (USA).
