Juliana Nunes is a partner at Campos Mello Advogados of the Employment & Benefits practice, based in São Paulo.

Juliana has 20 years of experience working with labour law, dealing with both litigation and legal consulting regarding labor & employment matters. As employment partner, Juliana provides HR advisory, actively acts on litigation in strategic cases, coordination of due diligences and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with several Union of Employees in Brazil.

Juliana actively acts on the coordination of due diligences, negotiation of joint collective agreements, as well as on the provision of strategic advice and assistance to clients operating in Brazil, with participation on the drafting of new relevant labour policies and also on the planning of strategies for preventing litigation.

Additionally, Juliana handles and coordinates the procedures involving the development of numerous strategic litigation cases before the Brazilian Labour Courts and Public Prosecutor Offices and provides assistance to legal and HR departments on employment practices in Brazil to avoid future litigation.

Juliana works with companies in various economic sectors such as life sciences, chemicals, food & beverage, energy, oil and gas and technology. Eastman Chemical Company, Klabin, Starboard, Máquina de Vendas, Ocean Rig do Brasil Serviços de Petróleo, Bacardi, HH Global and Zwift, are some of the clients she works with.
