Rogerio Campos is a partner of Campos Mello Advogados with almost 20 years’ experience in the Oil&Gas and Shipping sectors.  

In O&G, he advises domestic and international companies, with special emphasis on regulatory issues and the Petrobras bidding system, often advising his clients in complex Petrobras bids and negotiations, assessing main risks and liabilities, clarification requests and filing administrative appeals.  

Rogerio also works with Maritime Law, offshore services and shipbuilding, including revision and negotiations of financing and respective collateralization, building, chartering and operation contracts, along with assisting its clients with all regulatory requirements of navigation companies and flag issues.
