Rogério Sobral de Miranda is a partner at Campos Mello Advogados, specializing in Energy and Natural Resources.  

 

With over 25 years of experience, he focuses on corporate law, advising national and international clients on operations and projects across the natural resources and infrastructure sectors, including oil and natural gas, power generation, mining, ports and terminals, as well as maritime and port support navigation. 

 

He previously led the Natural Gas, Energy, and Petroleum Products divisions at Shell Brasil, handling legal and contractual matters related to the industry, including exploration and production. Prior to founding his own firm, Rogério was a partner at a prominent Brazilian law firm, with a well-established practice in Corporate, M&A, Energy, and Infrastructure.
