Campos Mello Advogados in cooperation with DLA Piper announces new Energy and Natural Resources partner

Today (10), our new partner Rogerio Campos is joining our Energy and Natural Resources practice. Campos Mello Advogados in cooperation with DLA Piper, one of the world’s largest law firms, now has 44 partners in total in its full-service model.

A Law graduate from UERJ, Rogerio will contribute his more than 15 years’ experience in the fields of general corporate and contract law, in addition to tax law, with deep knowledge of the oil and gas, shipping, and defense and security industries. 

Rogerio also has extensive experience in judicial and administrative tax litigation at the federal, state, and local levels, and in maritime law and shipbuilding, with a focus on reviewing and negotiating contracts for vessel financing, construction, chartering, and operation, and all regulatory approvals and filings.

He has also worked on audit reports, document reviews, drafting and negotiating contracts, with a special focus on the infrastructure, oil and gas, and shipping sectors, corporate reorganizations, debt restructurings and international operations.
