CAMPOS MELLO AND MONTEIRO RUSU STEER BANCO RCI NOTES OFFER

Campos Mello Advogados has helped Banco RCI issue 600 million reais’ (US$171 million) worth of notes.

Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão, Bercht e Grottoli Advogados advised the underwriters, Bradesco BBI, Itaú BBA and Santander.

The deal closed on 18 April.

This is Banco RCI’s sixth notes issuance. The bank is the Brazilian financial arm of French automobile manufacturer Renault.
