São Paulo to get first W hotel in 2021

Campos Mello Advogados has helped the Marriott hotel chain sign an agreement to open the first W Hotel in São Paulo.

HBR Realty, the owner of the building; property manager Helbor; and constructor Toledo Ferrari turned to PMKA Advogados for the deal.

Campos Mello’s counsel to Marriott included the drafting, review and negotiation of all agreements.

The hotel is expected to open in 2021, and will have 179 hotel guest rooms, two theatres and a rooftop dining facility.
