Ana Cristina has wide experience labor and employment consultancy and litigation.  She advises on litigation prevention and contingency reduction, routine employment matters as well as layoffs, revision of indemnities and severance packages. She analyses and drafts contracts and advises companies involved in corporate reorganization and restructuring on labor matters.

Ana has expertise in individual and collective labor claims and collective bargaining agreements. She is additionally experienced in the analysis and drafting of contracts.
