Juliana is a partner of Campos Mello Advogados with over 15 years’ experience in the tax practice.

Juliana’s practice emphasis is in tax planning and consulting to Brazilian and foreign clients across a variety of industries, including energy, technology, oil & gas, financial market, venture capital, telecommunication, infrastructure, among others.

Juliana has extensive experience advising clients on the tax implications arising from corporate reorganizations, M&As, debt restructurings, cross-border transactions, domestic taxation, including imports/exports and routine tax issues.

In addition, Juliana also advises on tax judicial and administrative litigation at federal, state and municipal levels.

Admitted to practice law in Brazil, Juliana completed her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Advanced Studies in International Tax Law at the International Tax Center – Leiden University, The Netherlands.
