Leandro Saboia Rinaldi de Carvalho is a partner in Campos Mello Advogados  of the Litigation and Restructuring practices.

Leandro focuses his practice on strategic litigation cases and bankruptcy matters.

He has a strong background in judicial litigation in the areas of civil and commercial law, with particular emphasis in civil liability, operations involving financial institutions, insurance, consumer issues, real estate matters, debt securities, recovery of credits and contracts.

His work in the bankruptcy practice includes representing debtors, creditors, and investors in important restructuring cases.

Leandro is a former professor of Bankruptcy Law at Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC), where he taught in the LLM programs.
