Leandro Saboia Rinaldi de Carvalho is a partner in Campos Mello Advogados in cooperation with DLA Piper of the Litigation and Restructuring practices, based in Rio de Janeiro.

 

He has extensive experience in judicial reorganization and in strategic litigation cases. His work includes representing debtors important restructuring cases, and also working in complex judicial and arbitral disputes.

 

Leandro is a former professor of Bankruptcy Law at Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC), where he taught in the LLM programs.
