Luciana Martorano is a partner at Campos Mello Advogados in cooperation with DLA Piper of the Antitrust & Competition practices, based in São Paulo. 

With 15 years of experience, Luciana holds a strong track record in merger control, having cleared more than 100 M&A transactions before CADE, including several billionaire multijurisdictional deals.  

Luciana has also been successfully representing clients in high profile antitrust investigations. She holds extensive experience in leading and working in multicultural teams, dealing with companies’ regional interests on a global scale for developing international competition compliance programs.  

Recently, the market has acknowledged Luciana as one of the antitrust attorneys in Brazil with the best knowledge and experience to assist companies in developing business plans involving antitrust and regulatory challenges connected to the high-tech sector, the digital economy, and disruptive markets.
