Mirella Kaufman is a partner at Campos Mello Advogados in cooperation with DLA Piper of the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions areas, based in São Paulo.

Mirella has more than 18 years of expertise in mergers and acquisitions transactions, corporate law and contracts, and her practice is mainly focused on the negotiation of commercial contracts, joint venture and venture capital transactions, as well as on the coordination of legal due diligence and day-to-day transactions. 

She has solid experience working with national and multinational clients acting in the Brazilian Market.
