(EUR) Laboratorios Larrasa nets loan financing from Pemberton

Laboratorios Larrasa has signed a loan financing from Pemberton Asset Management to refinance debt and provide growth capital, according to a statement today. The financing includes a term loan and capex facility. Laboratorios Larrasa is a Spain-headquartered clinical and genetic laboratory business, and the financing supports its business that specialises in identifying genetic markers in animals.

Meridium GM Partners, Deloitte, KPMG, and PWC advised the company. DLA Piper and CMA advised Pemberton.
